OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Fees and Payments
- All monthly training fees should be paid by our Automatic Deduction Program on the first of each month. Any training fees paid after the fifth of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Checks returned by the bank for any reason ex. Personal checks or Automatic Withdrawals will incur a service charge of $25.00 per check. This amount will be added to the student’s account to be paid the following month.
- All testing fees in the amount of $30.00 for students who are changing GUP levels must be paid on the day of testing. In addition, all monthly fees must be current as part of the requirements for testing.
- All Junior Black Belt testing fees are in the amount of $75.00. This amount is to be paid on the day of testing.

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
Uniforms
- All uniforms must be clean and free of excessive wrinkles when attending class or during open time.
- Your uniform jackets are to be complete with the HTMA logo patch on the left chest and the USA/Korean Flag patch on the upper portion of the right arm. All uniform jackets will have either a silk screen or embroidery of the Moo Duk Kwan emblem on the back of the jacket. This depends on your rank in the system.
- You must wear your complete uniform during all official school events, whether at the school or at any other location.
- When in uniform be sure, for the safety of all students, you have removed shoes, jewelry and watches. All students must wear a shirt under their uniform jacket.
- To show respect for the uniform, all jackets must first be removed prior to eating at any event and before leaving the DoJang.
- Your belts symbolize the effort you make during your training. To show respect for yourself and your effort, DO NOT wash your belt.

Be Punctual
- We ask that you try to be prepared for class 15 minutes prior to the actual class time. This will allow you the time for stretching and mental preparations. Classes are scheduled to begin on time.
- If you arrive late:
- Enter quietly.
- Wait to be acknowledged by the class instructor at the edge of the training floor.
- Follow the instructions given by the class instructor to bow in and take your place on the training floor.

Bowing and Respect
- As a sign of respect for your fellow students, instructors and school, bowing is required by all.
- It is necessary to bow when you step onto and off of the training floor.
- When class begins and ends the students will bow to the flags, instructors, and black belt students on the floor. If at any time another instructor should enter the training area, under the direction of the class instructor, all students will acknowledge this instructor.
- At anytime, when addressing an upper ranking student or instructor:
- Bow first.
- Wait to be acknowledged.
- Then, address them with either "Sir", "Ma’am" or by their last name.
- Arguing or interrupting the instructor during class is prohibited. If you wish to discuss any issue with instructor do so after class or at a more appropriate time.
- Under no circumstances should it be necessary to lay hands on another student or instructor unless indicated through class instruction.

Any disrespect of any of these rules or regulations will result in the following consequences:
First Offense:
Push-ups. Amount to be determined at Instructor’s discretion.
Second Offense:
The student will be asked to step out of class.
Third Offense:
Two week suspension from all classes.
